Hi, I just reinstall Ubuntu on my computer and am dual booting it with Windows Vista. I have an Edge_DiskGO external hard drive and when I had previously had Ubuntu installed on my computer, it worked perfectly. Now, when I plug in the hard drive, I get an error message stating:

"Unable to mount EGDE_DISKGO DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken."

I've tried a couple of things to try and fix this, and I still get the same message every time. The hard drive isn't damaged or anything because Vista still identifies it and I can still access it through Vista. I have safely removed it from Vista and booted into Ubuntu before plugging it in, so I know none of that is the problem.

Has anyone experienced this before and does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

BTW, I'm running a Dell Vostro 1400 laptop, if that makes any difference.
