Not really, at least not yet. The main reason why we have a windows emulation tool ids because windows has the market share so its not a big priority to run mac software to developers.
there is the Mac On Linux (MOL) project. Not sure how its doing but it still has a page on sourceforge

If it uses X and you have the source, you have a decent chance of compiling on most UNIX based systems. Other than that you're out of luck.
