I'm using Dual Head with my laptop and an additional LCD and I have to frequently detach and re-attach the screen. However, I found every time after the LCD is plugged back in, if any app window is moved to the LCD screen, the menus when activated, still show in my laptop screen.
The only solution so far is to close down the app and reopen it.
This has been there forever and very disturbing! Help!
