rotate 90

Hi, i have a wee question. I have a movie recorded from a mobile phone. the movie was shot on its side. How can i rotate the whole thing 90 degrees?

I have avidemux. will this do it?

ok, i have been buggering about with avidmux for ages now. I figured out how to rotate 90. but i get no sound](*,)

When i load up i get this message, i don't know what it means, or how to overcome the problem.?
