/facepalm Here is my scenario. I installed ubuntu on a partition through grub, but messed with the xorg file and when ubun tu rebooted into low graphics mode I decided that it would be a great idea to remove ubuntu and try again with a fresh install. While that was a terrible idea to begin with, I made it worse by going about it the wrong way, and I deleted the ubuntu partition through gparted on the live CD. Now I get Error 22 when grub tries to boot up and I can't boot into windows.......

oops.

Is there any way I can fix this problem without having to use a windows system disk? I have none on me. Will it fix it if I just create another partition and re-install ubuntu?

Thank you for your help.

Does your grub load at all?

Nevermind, I went ahead and re-installed ubuntu. That seems to have fixed the problem.
