My computer spends too much energy...?

Well... I buyed this computer like 2 years ago.. almost the same date as my brother's computer... but so far I've used 3 power sources... and my brother still have the one that comes with the compuer.. I just have 1 hard drive and 1 dvd-room pluged in.

Also... when Im just wearing sockets in my room.. I have the feet on the ground and I touched my computer... it electrocute me...

That's just static and nothing to do with the power use of your computer. Your socks or whatever you are wearing on your feet are generating static electricity in your body and when you touch your computer case, which is earthed or grounded, the static is dissipated and you get a shock.

Can't help with your other problem I'm afraid.
