So, I got a logitech quickcam pro 9000. And it works, right out of the box, even the microphone, in 8.04! Tried it in skype, works flawlessly, joy! But, I installed a couple programs to try and let me capture still images, cheese, gqcam, camstream, none of which worked. And now the color balances on the cam in skype are off. What software do I need to install to adjust them? And what software works well for recording to disk video&images? Thanks!
