I am trying to set up a server that will allow 40 logins from anonymous users. I can share folders no problem as long as I have an internet connection but my boss does not want the server hooked to the internet. How do I do this if its possible?

Share it just like you would a normal folder, but in your router, managed switch, whatever you use, block all access to the internet from that computers MAC address. That way you can ONLY share data in the LAN.
thats right.. its called MAC ADDRESS FILTERING
