I can't seem to find the file in .purple. There isn't any info on this on Pidgin's webpage either. Anyone know how to do this?

Check here: ~/.config/enchant/en_US.dic Obviously the name of the file will differ if you aren't using US English. :)

Two blank files. :/
Hmm, I suppose I should be more specific. I accidentally added a word to my custom dictionary that I'd rather delete.
When I typed gibberish in pidgin > right clicked > added to dictionary > it appeared in ~/.config/enchant/ so if there isn't a file in that directory with the name of your custom dictionary I'm sorry to say I don't know where else to look for it.
