I have installed Kubuntu 8.10 on my laptop. I tried to install the wireless packages from the add/remove tool that is available. After the instalation was complete i lost the network. I had an icon on my work panel that was showing the info about the connections and it is gone too. I removed all the wireless packs with the same tool and this didnt solve the problem.
So my question is how can i fix this?
