What Wireless Router would you recommend?

I may be purchasing a new router in the next couple of months. I'm making the jump to wireless N. I was just curious what you all would recommend for me. I plan on learning more about SSH and setting up a server at home i can access. So i need a router that will be able to handle that kind of stuff. Sorry if that sounds really ignorant. I'm extremely new to stuff like setting up servers and using SSH. Ill be honest i like the Belkin N1 Vision. I love that LCD on the router =)). Thanks for the suggestions.

I have the Netgear RangeMax Wireless-N Gigabit Router WNR3500. It works great with my Netgear WN111 Wireless USB adapter. I use WinSCP to access my Linux box with no problems.

I use a Linksys WRT54G and it has been great. It is also easy to flash with opensource firmware to tweak it. I have used a Netgear before and HATED it. I always use Linksys as personal preference.

Pretty much any modern router will provide the functions necessary for port forwarding, so it is mostly a matter of personal choice.

I dont have N on my lappy, so no need for me to have gone N

My network has ate 2 Belkins so far. I recommend Linksys or D-link. I've nothing but good luck with either of those brands (I'm now using the D-link...it's ran like a champ for the past 2 years).

Thanks for all the suggestions. I tested out the N1 Vision and wasnt really blown away by it or anything. I've come to conclusion through some research that I'm going to stick with Linksys. And I'd like to have a usb port on the router so i can add a External Hard drive to it.

I would suggest D-Link DIR-300

I am a newbie and I was able to configure it easily without needing the "software driver cd" that came with it.
