i found this in a forum once before but have not been able to find it again. i found a much easier way to install the drivers for a geforce 6100 graphics card by just typing a few lines into the terminal. i did not have to manually download anything, or go into that X thing. so i don't know what that X thing is really called. sorry
i uninstalled ubuntu so i could repartition my hardrive so i could run windows xp (i'm a gamer) so i can no longer get my video card set up on ubuntu. oh and if it matters i am runing hardy.
If someone could help me find that thread or help me with this that would be great.
