The only review I could find was for the old white one.

Its such a good looking machine. Why in the world aren't there more recent reviews?

I just ordered mine the other day and I'm planning on writing a pretty thorough review once I get it. I'm just kind of baffled why there aren't any more recent reviews.

I just got mine a couple days ago and I've got to say it, it's a damn fine machine. The only thing I could ask for are some stronger built-in speakers. The keyboard feels great for such a small size (unlike what you find in a netbook). The screen is very clear. The functionality of the suspend/hibernate is solid. I've only found a single problem with the laptop and that's the built in bluetooth not reconnecting without pressing Fn F12 every time it boots.

Thats great! I was worried the keyboard would be netbook-esque. Good to know!

how is the build quality? It looks like it won't last long (compared to the dell xps and the lenovo thinkpads). Could you share your experience?. I am searching for a new laptop and I realized system 76 offers the best configuration options but my experience with a gazelle value is that they are kind of flimsy, packaged in a cheap case (after 1 year, I had to hit the DVD/CD drive so that it would be recognized again by the OS).

The build of the DARU3 is quite solid. I've had a few Dell laptops pass through my hands in a corporate environment and was not at all impressed with their build quality. Most products I've seen from Clevo (hardware manufacturer) are very well built. I would recommend the system to anyone.

I got mine since 5 weeks now and I'm still very impressed by its quality, super nice screen very clear, easy keyboard to use, VERY lightweight. I had two different Dell laptop for past 5 years and I'll never come back to them now I know Darker Ultra 3.

This is for me the best laptop I never used.

I have to add something. The screen is absolutely phenomenal. The DARU3 is the first laptop I've ever used in direct sunlight without any problems.

BTW, the camera does quite well. Here's an example of extreme light comparisons: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=75042&l=0c810&id=558547993
