I have a nvidia graphic card. I could make 1360x768 my resolution in the nvidia-settings. But wen I logout nd restart X, It will first work in the login page but after I login, it'll go back to the default 1024x768. Anybody? I tried editing xorg.conf but I couldn't get it to work.
I have a Element flx18511b. Spec's on this site: http://reviews.cnet.com/flat-panel-tvs/element-flx-18511b/4507-6482_7-33377998.html In my manual it says pc mode can get up to 1024x728 which is the default. But in my XP I could go above that. I want to be able to do that in Ubuntu 8.10
