Two Wireless Cards - How can I configure them seperately

Hi!

I have a Laptop with an onboard Intel 2200bg Wireless Adapter and a DLink PCMCIA WirelessCard.

I am running Ubuntu 8.10

My problem is, that we have 3 AP's at the Office and the DLink-Card catches the Signal way better than the Intel.

First question is: How can I tell Ubuntu or the NetworkManager to prefer the DLink-Connection? (right now it's prefering the Intel)

Second question: How can I make the Adapters connect to different AP's ?(like the one with the strongest Signal)
