You asked how to remove the WINE directory and you were given a proper answer. Following the correct answer with a cryptic message will bad punctuation is pointless.
People can't help you if you don't tell them exactly what you're trying to do.
It SEEMS like you are asking about the WINE menu under Applications. This is NOT the WINE directory and it not being removed after removing WINE is a known issue. I've seen half a dozen posts around here which could have given you such an answer.

for getting rid of wine including the settings, means your installed wine-apps use: sudo apt-get purge wine wine-gecko
you get it out of menu if u right click on the ubuntu logo choose modify menu and take the tick off.
