ALLRIGHT! Jaunty Jackalope 9.04 alphas for Ubuntu and Kubuntu PPC are available for testing.
If you have some ppc experience under your belt, now is the time to start reporting those show-stopping bugs and get an account on Launchpad. At the very least, share your findings in the Jaunty Jackalope Testing forum!
The following are where you can find the daily images. For best results, most will want the "daily" image, which is the "alternate" text-based installer. Daily-Live of course, if supplied, is the live version, which may exceed your ram requirements to bring it up in the first place if you have low ram. Just navigate to the daily-live directory if you want the live-cd.

For best results, get a launchpad account to report the bugs, and/or report them specifically in the Jaunty Jackalope Testing forum instead of here.
Developers are usually too busy to read forums, so your bug-reports in Launchpad are really needed. Sometimes however, a dev might drop by in their spare time(?), but don't count on it.

Again, I would advise these only for those with experience with manually editing their xorg.conf, yaboot.conf and other techniques shown here. Jaunty 9.04 is not a guarantee that your G3 iMac will suddenly spring to life without some manual intervention. (legacy ppc hardware issues on *some* models not being friendly to ANY version of Linux)
Most important is to get those show-stopper bugs out of the way, such as with the need to *modprobe ide-scsi* as we have had to do with Intrepid just to get it to install from CD.
