So I have two HDs, both have two partitions with 40gigs on each. So when I decided to install this, I deleted one, and had a few problems. I set it to 10gigs, but it reverted back to 40gigs. Also what am I supposed to put for type like NTSF or ext3. I picked EXT3 and after installation I ran but it said I was missing graphic x or something and all it was was a command line.
What to do?

Hi! I think Ubuntu has difficulties in finding the screen resolutins for your screen! First: try to type "start xserver" without the quotes. If that does not work you must look for your screenresolutions in either your manual or on the net and edit the file "/etc/x11/xorg.conf" with the correct numbers. I am not quite sure if this is the right answer. Jorn
I just reinstalled using a swap too, and I get the same thing.
Unable to use ServerX(graphic display)
