[SOLVED] avatars in forum

i know this is probably not the place for such a trivial matter, but where can i get one of those cool penguin avatars (or something similar) that so many of you have. i cant seem to find any hints - maybe im looking in the wrong places (well, its friday afternoon) thanks nigel
