I've bought a dell sp2208wfp monitor. i've managed to make the webcam work, although, I don't know if the mic works(or how to try, can anyone tell me how to find if the mic works?).
The cam works on Ekiga, in camorama doesn't because of this bug.
In skype the webcam is detected and when i make a test the webcam turns on a little led but it doesn't work either.
Cheese detects the webcam but the led doesn't light, and according to the cheese faq I should check on gstreamer-properties if it works. The cam is detected but still i don't get anything.
Is there any other software that i could try?, I would like to make some photos
