I know you can make a bootable flash drive but is there any way to create one with my settings and current setup and is there a way to plug it in every week or so and have it just update any changes instead of remaking it every time.

just wondering

You can either follow one of the many guides on pendrivelinux.com or use the built in Ibex "Create a USB Startup Disk" option in System/Administration. You will be given the option to create space for storing your configuration or to discard the changes. You can use almost any ISO image to make the bootable drive.
