can we run google talk exe file?

i tried running google talk with wine,but its not suppoprting,which version of winr should we use???

Doesn't work at all. You'll have to either run it in Windows, a virtual machine, or wait until Wine is updated to work with it. Also, programs like Pidgin and gajim allow you to log in and chat on Google Talk but isn't as fully featured as the real client (plain chat only).

Empathy allows voice chats on Google Talk protocol!
