Changing the flashing colour on a GTK theme??

I use Pidgin set so the chat window in panel flashes when I get a message.

Is there a way to set what this flashing colour is when making my own theme? I can't find any mention of how to change this.

It should be one of the standard colors, like fg[SELECTED] , etc. Changing it to affect just the panel can be a bit more tricky, you'd have to create a style and assign it to the correct class of widgets. check out this tutorial http://live.gnome.org/GnomeArt/Tutorials/GtkThemes
