Dvd Won't Play! Ahhh!

Why won't the DVD work?

The error message says: "Error invoking "dvdnav_get_next_block": Error reading from DVD.."

Then the error details say: "dvdnavsrc.c(1512): dvdnavsrc_loop: /internal_thread/source: system error: Input/output error"

is there a hardware problem? is it a software problem?

any help would be very much appreciated. thanx.
