Being a relative newbie, how do I install it? Already downloaded and extractec to folders.
I like how you did the "and a happy new year".
I would only suggest a different shade of green.

Open the appearance prefs ( System->Preferences->Appearance ) then just drag the download archive on to the main window and it wil be installed for you, you can then trash the downloaded file.
Its really a very nice theme dude nice green color and wishing you a very happy new year....
