lately i moved to ubuntu and am willing to use it but i want my carrer progs works also ,sadley i didnt to find that way
so i thought what about using the portable versions of them on wine
so am asking if any one has tried to use these application on wine (portable versions)
-Adobe photoshop cs3 or cs4 -Esri Arcgis 9.2 -Autodesk Autocad 2007 or 2008 or 2009

i tried with adobe photoshop cs3 portable, it just opens and then closes, obviously some sort of clash with the scripts or summat. gunna need some help...
that means that portable app or installed app arent diffrence from each others?
