Wouldn't it be great to have a strikethrough font option, so when you edit a mistake you can leave the incorrect text (for legacy purposes), but not mislead anyone with incorrect message users? For example in html or on wikipedia, its really easy to make by the <s>This would have a line through it in html or on wikipedia</s> command. I can't believe I'm the only one who wants this feature. You can kinda sort of do this by changing the color of incorrect text (but that sort doesn't immediately indicate that the text has been corrected unlike a strikethrough).

PS: Please let me know where this is supposed to go if this isn't the approrpriate subforum or if there actually is a way to do this.

Thanks for all the quick replies, and good to know its already been on the agenda. [For the record, I did search for strikethough (no results), <s> (no results), before posting as well as strike through (but way too many results -- all seemingly about counter strike or something else unrelated).]

I thought I had heard the request lately, but I just couldn't find it! Thanks guys.

You mean it doesn't work already [s]test[/s]

Guess I never tried it, but it is a great idea. I only just learned about noparse tags in the community cafe games section.
