Hello Game=Netsoccer

Hello, i dont have ubutu currently installed but i would want to know if some kind nice people from here could test if now (before it didnt) the game that i usually play: www.netsoccer.biz works with wine, need some tuneup or something, i would be very thankful, hey and if it works, have a try :D (the server.exe worked, but the main app, netsoccer.exe, didnt work before).

Just downloaded and tested it, doesn't seem to work at first glance. I get a long string of error pop ups... The server works as you said though.

Well, before anything, thank you for trying :). Could you tell me exactly whats the error it shows? it tries to access a file in c:\ao.dat wich stores your username and password for the game, maybe it cant access it, but its strange if its your first time it shouldnt try to access it. Other files it try to access are the ones in data folder for language and graphics folder for images in game.

It continues giving me that error until I play a little clicking game and close them all, heh. If you've any idea how to get around this, I'll continue trying.

mmmm do you have write access in that folder? it should try to create a file called setup103.dat at first run (inside data folder)

Btw dunno if i can ask this here, but could somebody try to run it with cedega to see if theres any luck?

Yeah, the folder has write access, I can't seem to do anything to get past the long string of error messages. I'd try cedega but I don't have it.
