On my notebook HP Compaq I use Ubuntu 8.04, also Wine and Adobe Photoshop. When I try to use Clone Temp tool, I get "Alt-click to define a source point" then. Ok, I use alt, but nothing works... When I try to use Lasso- tool and click on alt again, I get... Hand tool. I do not understand...:confused: Maybe do you know what to do? :)

Confirmed. Try disabling compiz when running Photoshop.

I did some research and the following worked for me:

Go to System-->Preferences-->Windows

Change the "movement key" from alt to superkey then log out...this should work!

how exactly did you get ps to work?and what version are you using?

CS2 I bet. I personally find CS2 have all the needed for me functions except one - namely Lighter and Darker color blending.
