Is this appropriate?

I'd like to ask ahead of time before posting this in the Community Cafe. I am not sure if it will be offensive...but rather it is light hearted and amusing. The story is about a retired doctor trying to get a email address, but couldn't because of his last name.

Is there a way to send it to a moderator before I go ahead and post it?
