Hi, can someone please help me? I dont want to have to install vista and kubuntu in as a dual boot system again. And I do want to setup the best virtual system that I can. Thank everyone that replies so much, I am a minister and I have to have a few programs that only run in windows for preparing sermon and bible studies. I am using hp laptop,amd64 duo core. 1g of ram.

I agree with HavocXphere but would add that the OSE (Open Source Edition) is in the repository, so can be downloaded easily with synaptic package manager, but if you need USB support you'd be better of with the PUEL (Personal Use & Evaluation Licence) version from virtualbox.org, select the deb package for your installation.
