Neverwinter Nights Platinum in 8.10

Sorry if it has been said elsewhere already, but I'm having this problem:

My NWN worked just fine on 8.04, however when I moved on to 8.10, it works for some seconds, then the screen bugs up and the text in the buttons disappears. The buttons are there however, so I can exit the application because I remember where they should be. So, the thing is: it doesn't crashes, but the graphics all mess up... What could it be? How can I fix it, please?

Try using the newest release of wine and not the one available in the repos. Might fix your problem.

It does.
