http://www.openwengo.com/ It's an alternative to GnomeMeeting and Skype. There is already a package for Kubuntu on their website. As easy to use than Skype, and as open as GnomeMeeting ;-) Have a look, it's an interesting software, as Ubuntu is looking for simple softwares. I find it easier to use than Gnomemeeting, without being a black box like Skype.
