I've done a google and forum search and haven't been able to find drivers for my Lexmark x2350 printer. If you know where I could find a driver for this printer, or know a way I could use the Windows drivers, your help would be greatly appreciately.

Hi - I got drivers for my Lexmark Optra L on www.lexmark.com in their drivers and download section. There are specific Linux drivers for various flavours of Linux, but the closest seemed to be the Debian - GNU Linux ones. However I have posted a query myself as to how to use these...!
One thing, I did find it easier to download these drivers under W*****s, when I tried to download under Ubuntu my machine just froze...

Otherwise hp printers seem to work well with linux.
i got a x2350 printer/scanner for free with my notebook, and a z705 with my camera... the z705 is out of ink, but supported by linux... and the x2350 is a pain in the backside... i have been considering selling the x2350 for a good morsol of what it would cost to buy a new combo printer (its $80 new, and i havent used the ink yet).. any suggestions on a good combo printer for linux? thats cheap.... not looking to spend any more than $100 canadian.

If you want to buy a printer, bestto get either HP or Epson. I know most HPs are supported and a lot of Epsons are too. But check before you buy, so you don't get stuck with one that is not supported. Linuxprinting.org is a good place to start.
