Hey

When i submit new posts it doesnt seem to add to my post count for some reason. It says i am on 24 posts when i am supposed to be more around 40. I know that isnt a lot but i have to start somewhere. Any particular reason why this is happening?

It could just be where you are posting - it only counts posts in support forums. So any for instance in the Community forums won't count.

#3

Ahh now that i didnt know. I assume that would include the General Help? I was helping someone who posted in that category and it was not updating my post count.

#4

No, any of the support forums should increase the count.

Your statistics show 34 posts - 10 in non-counted ones, which would appear to be correct.

Hmmm cheers for checking that. I am currently at work and there is a lot of security as you would expect. Would i not be seeing it because of some sort of restriction here?

I'm curious about something.

I'm not going to argue against the whole "non-support posts don't count" thing, but I was wondering how do you tell how many total posts you have, non-support and support?

Because when you check in your profile, it only shows up to 250 posts.

You can't, as far as I know. It just happens this user had less than 250 posts.

It's strange. When you ask how many total posts you have, you are told to check your profile. But that only works if you have less than 250 posts. But if you have over 250 total posts, there isn't any way to know exactly how many you have.

I mean, it's not a big deal or anything. I don't have a dying need to know how many total posts I have. I'm just saying it's a little weird.

Considering all the posts I have in (the closed) OMGPP and the Cafe, I'm significantly underrepresented.

I think we all know you all to well. ;)
