Well, my ubuntu cds got here today :D So, I boot up with a live cd to make sure my hardware is compatible, and everything looks good. I've heard, though, that Actiontec Qwest dsl modems don't support linux. But I was able to surf the internet perfectly... Is this just a result of the live cd, or would it still work if I wiped my drive and installed linux? Any help is appreciated...:)
