At last the "EXA" bug fixed. Nice. :popcorn:

My RV770 card no likee this one at all. Monitor goes into standby when EXA kicks in and doesn't come out for anything.

Previous driver worked OK, radeonhd works OK, VESA works OK...well, for what it is, anyway.

@shirish: i recall you posted a query to a mailing list about getting an AMD/ATI based laptop, did you get one, if so which one?

hi vishalrao, I didn't. Most probably something next month or something. Still not able to make up my mind whether its the right time or not to do a purchase.

One of the options is to buy one of the compaq cheap lappies which are currently in the 20-25k bracket.
