Good grief. Everything has changed! Is there some page in there where I can view the last groups posted to, like before? This is all very confusing now.

I agree. I'm not used to the new interface and I don't get the reason for change.

EDIT: I've figured out the interface. I think it's great :D

I think we are just trying to stay up to date, each upgrade provides new functionality. Profiles, PMs and Social Groups got some new features this time around.
