to bodhi.zazen i am not breaking any laws why would you close this thread i back up all disc i have in my state that is not illegal only copying that creates monetary gain state laws supersede federal law federal law only comes into play for two reasons 1. interstate nexus and 2. when engaged in commerce so thanks for embarrassing me on a public forum that is liablias depending on the state you are in or maybe you are not in the USA and are not aware of the laws you are accusing me of in any matter the accuser bears the burden of proof i will await this proof you have what you did was rude and unfair....!!!!!!!
you are wrong and there are plenty of dvd burning tips and tricks on this forum allready why is it that these have not yet be removed you are so wrong and the the FBI warning is federal law and if you read my message you would know that that dose not come into play for what i am doing i have the right to back up any dvd i own so if this fourm dosent support this sort of behavior then what of the other tips i am having some sort of driver or hardware issue and looking for an answer no i do not think you were born yesterday that is why i attempted to correct you about the law in a nice way but then you had to go and act like a horses *** dident you!!!!!!

after review of the rules of conduct for this forum it would seem that the both of us are in violation of the rules you are giving me a penality and your staff is braking the rules as well so i hope he received the same treatment that i did what i was asking was a legal question i would love to repost it because i need help with it there are many dvd burning tips and things of that nature so what of that there was no mention of how that is legal and how my queswtion differs from that.

then that is where i will go then to complain because you are also wrong the U.S.'s Digital Millennium Copyright Act has nothing to do with copying a dvd video for the purpose of backing it up why do you say that and just be sure of my self i went out and read just a few hours ago so again i ask you what is it that is illegal about what i am doing there is no violation of the U.S.'s Digital Millennium Copyright Act in what i am attempting to do it seems that you just dont want to help me and are sticking up for the poor behavior of your colleague if i am mistaken in what i have said please provide me with the written law showing this and it will be me that says sorry.
