I just picked up a 2nd gen ipod touch 8gb, and was needing some help syncing with my ubuntu 8.04. I have read up on the sync with amarok but you have to jailbreak the touch and the 2nd gen hasn't been released yet, so I was going with another option syncin with itunes in crossover, but itunes 8.0 isn't compatible with crossover yet. So that leaves me with syncin with my virtual xp(innotek)machine that I never use anymore but I get a generic error when just connecting my touch to itunes. Any help would be great.
