Hi all,

im trying to play games in a second xserver-session, which seems to work fine graphically, however all games are without sound! Starting the same game on my usuall desktop (CTRL+ALT+F7) give's me sound without a problem. The command I use to start the games is:

xinit /home/user/WoP/WoP $* -- :1 xinit /home/user/Urbanterror/ioUrbanterror.i386 $* -- :1

Where can I configure the sound parameters of the xserver-session I m starting here? Or perhaps: how can I tell xinit to use the same sound-enviroment I use on CTRL+ALT+F7 (where everything works)?

Thanks in advance

Ataxx

This isn't the subforum for that, even if its' name implies.

This forum is for "community games", like word based games that take place on threads here, such as "the person below you" game, "finish previous sentence" game, and so on.

You should post this in some of the support subforums.
