Hey everyone, I'm going to re-install Windows XP Pro on my laptop soon, and I was going to partition my laptop's 250 gig HDD into 3 partitions. One 10 GB for the OS, another 10 GB for Programs/Drivers, and the rest for Personal Files, My Documents, and stuff. Mainly just to keep my computer running faster, and less fragmented. Anyways, I wanted to run FAT32 on the OS, and Programs Partitions, and NTFS on the Personal Files Partition (Around 200 GB).
Anyways, FAT32 is slightly faster, and doesn't need to be defragmented as often, so that's why I'm wanting to use it, but I hear it's less secure. How is that, what makes it less secure, and what's less secure?
