[SOLVED] "set as wall paper" option

Include "set as wall paper option" in the side pane of the file browser when a photo or picture is highlighted in the window.This way we can easily set a pic as wallpaper when we find a pic while browsing for files.

Seems a little pointless to me. I mean, how often do you set a picture to be a wallpaper? Eye Of GNOME already has this option as well in the Image menu so you can set it from there while browsing using that app.

You could also replicate this functionality by installing the nautilus-wallpaper script which does pretty much the same thing you're requesting.

Open synaptic package manager, look for nautilus-wallpaper and install it. You can also set an image as wallpaper by dragging it to the desktop with the middle button.

You'll probably need to restart Nautilus. For anybody who wants to do all this I might as well write it here:

1. Run *sudo apt-get install nautilus-wallpaper*
2. Once it has finished installing run, *killall nautilus*.
3. When you right click on any image, it will have an option "Set as Wallpaper..."

A right-click option would be VERY useful. Have you submitted the idea on Brainstorm?
