Hey, i have a nvidia pci card and i cannot get it working in ubuntu yet. I went ahead and followed the directions on ubuntuguide.org it is not working.

What card is it exactly? Is it a PCI-E one? Which drivers did you try installing?
it is a geforce a new one, it is a pci card. i tryed using the noraml nvidia drivers. im woundering if i need to change anything in my xorg.conf file.
