Where to post "cups-bjnp needs-packaging"?

Hola, everyone. I would like to post a "needs-packaging" bug report for the cups-bjnp unofficial Canon network printing protocol, but I'm having trouble determining which package to do it under.

I could just post it under "Ubuntu", but since it needs to be compiled with CUPS (I think... I don't understand these things, yet...) I think it might need to go under "Ubuntu: CUPS".
