abiword high contrast mode

Does anyone know how to switch AbiWord into high contrast mode for editing (i.e., white on dark blue). I do NOT want to alter the actual background and text colors (such that it would actually print the page as blue) just have it display that way on screen. When I was using MS Word, there was a single option for it, and I found the option buried in OOo's preferences, but I can't seem to get it on AbiWord. Under Edit>preferences, AbiWord has a screen color option that seems like what I want (e.g., it only changes the onscreen color), but it doesn't alter the on-screen text color too (so it ends up being black on blue, which is entirely the wrong effect for my purposes).
