Is the Radeon Mobility 200M really this slow?

Does this look right to anyone? I know this is a low-end card, but this seems waay too low end:

BTW, the computer is an HP ze2308wm, with an AMD Sempron 2800+, 768mb DDR (128mb dedicated to video), and of course the radeon 200m

Same card, getting about 740, so about the same. This would be about the best I've got so far. Interestingly (for me anyway!) on increasing the shared memory from 64 to 128, this score did not increase!
