Can someone give me a guide on how to install Apache + Passenger without net access? yes, thats right. (i am writing this from a diff. machine obviosly)

What deb packages should i get or is there a better way?
Yes, i could just compile from src, but i would rather avoid this, as i want to keep things Ubuntu-managed.
