LatencyTOP Boot time reduction

Have the devs looked into this?

This tool allows us to significantly reduce boot time. :)

That tool isn't for the main users though (it is for developers) and what lags where actually greatly depends on hardware, so one fix might work on one set of hardware but cause regressions in another set of hardware. The tool itself doesn't reflect the Ubuntu philosophy. I think it should be in the repos, but not default. Including it as default would make as much sense as including htop as default. ;)
