It's time to lock down the wiki

I just went through the System76 wiki and noticed quite a few pages (more than 100) filled with spam links to outside sources. I also noticed it takes nothing to create a new account on the wiki to edit resources.

Here's my proposal:

1. Disable all new accounts.
2. Delete any account which has posted questionable material.
3. Turn on the email authorization.
4. Set up manual approval for page changes.
5. Create a team of super users to clean up the wiki. (I'll volunteer for this)
6. Require any new account to have the same information posted on the Ubuntuforums.
7. Set up authorizations to be handled in public eye of the forums in a sub forum of the System76 area.

If anyone else is interested in helping clean up the System76 wiki, please post a reply so we can tackle this effort in one fell swoop.

I just cleaned up several of the pages. I've forwarded your thread on to my manager.

Wasn't sure where to send the email so I have sent over a private message with my recommendations. Hopefully, management will at least take some of the suggestions into consideration and build upon it.
